At Tai He Thai Amulet, we understand that circumstances may change and you may need to cancel your order. Our goal is to make this process as smooth and fair as possible while maintaining the integrity of our operations.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once the order is shipped or prepared for delivery, cancellation will no longer be possible.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at thaihethai@gmail.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.
Processing of Refunds
- Approved cancellations made before shipping will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Custom or Special Orders
- Due to the nature of spiritual and sacred products, customized or blessed amulets cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun.
