Due to the spiritual nature of amulets and religious products, refunds are limited and reviewed carefully.

Refunds Only When:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item received damaged (during shipping)

Refund Not Eligible When:

  • Customer changes mind after purchase
  • Product has been blessed / worn / activated
  • Defects caused by customer mishandling

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval.

Return Policy
Returns are handled with proper respect to religious values.

Return Conditions

  • Request must be made within 3 days of receiving item
  • Item must be unused, unblessed, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and proof of purchase required

Review & Approval

All return items will be inspected before replacement or compensation.
Rejected claims include: wearer damage, lost components, unauthentic modifications.
